Exploring nostalgia from bitter to sweet, as a tool for connection rather than escapism. Nostalgia is a universal feeling that can cause comfort or longing for the past. While many people have positive experiences, it can actually be quite difficult for others. This project explores the process of nostalgia through its science and psychology, sensory cues, past and future, anemoia, and personal stories.
